Brian was very responsive to my initial request for a quote, as well as the follow up correspondence. We were able to create our own design, based on pictures of other gate elements that we liked. Brian sent us the drawings before the project was fabricated and we confidently approved. The installation team was efficient and courteous, asking us about our preference at each key decision point (eg: exact placement of gate, boundary fence panels, keypad, etc). There was a slight mis-measurement of one of the gate pieces, but Brian and his team refabricated that piece to the correct dimensions immediately and at no extra charge..”
